Navigate to the Customizations in all files panel under the Customize tab.
Enter CUI on the command line and press Enter.
For AutoCAD, edit the palette properties in the Custom User Interface (CUI):.
Adjust the dialog window to center screen and then exit the program before setting the display back to Extend. With multiple displays, press WINDOWS-P and then choose PC screen only. Move the dialog window in question to center screen (or toward the upper left) and then exit the program before changing the screen resolution back to what it was. This should bring all dialog windows back into view.
Change the screen resolution to a different value, smaller or larger.
Click the left mouse button to cancel the operation.
Move the mouse to bring the window into view.
Execute the command to activate the dialog window.
Try this first on a visible window to see how it works: Use the keyboard to move the window into view. This moves windows between screens and will pop the missing dialog into view. Hold down the WINDOWS and SHIFT keys and then press the left or Right Arrow keys on the keyboard.
